What Happens After You Send the Form

Your inquiry lands in a shared sales inbox, not a ticket queue. On working days a person reads it and replies within 24 hours — Monday to Saturday, 8:30–18:00 GMT+8. If you write late on Saturday your answer comes Monday morning.

If you sent a full spec (composition, weight, width, quantity, destination port), the reply is a quotation with a firm price and a lead time, plus the nearest stock alternative if we have one. If you sent a photo or a link, the reply is a short set of questions and two or three closest matches from what we weave — that is usually faster than guessing at a spec.

Nothing is auto-generated. If we cannot make what you describe, we say so in the first reply rather than quoting around it.

How to Write an Inquiry That Gets a Firm Price

Most quotes come back soft because the inquiry is missing one of five things. Include all five and the first reply is usually the final price:

• Composition and construction — fibre percentages and whether it is woven, knitted or bonded. A photo helps, a spec helps more.
• Weight and width — GSM and usable width in centimetres. These two numbers move the price more than anything else.
• End use — a dirac, a kidswear romper and a jacket take the same yarn to very different places, and finishing follows the end use.
• Quantity per colourway — not the total. Three hundred metres in one colour is a different order from three hundred split five ways.
• Destination and compliance — port or country, plus anything your market requires on documentation or testing.

If you are still at the exploring stage, say that too. We would rather send a swatch card and a range of options than a price for something you cannot use.

Swatches, Samples and Factory Visits

Swatch cards go out by courier with the composition, weight and width written on each piece, so your team can handle the cloth rather than judge it from a photograph. Tell us the grounds or designs you want to see and we will quote the freight with the card.

For buyers who want to come in person: the showroom is in the Keqiao textile district, about 40 minutes from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, and the mill is in Zhuji. A Keqiao day and a Zhuji half-day is a realistic visit — tell us the dates and we will arrange both.

Questions Buyers Ask Before the First Order

Can I start smaller than a full production run? Ask. We hold stock in the core qualities and stock lots can be split; custom weaving and custom burn-out screens have a real minimum because the set-up is the cost.

Can you match my existing fabric? Send a piece or a clear photo with a ruler in frame. If the construction is close to something we already weave, matching is straightforward; if it is not, we will tell you before you spend on sampling.

Do you work with trading companies and small brands? Yes. A three-hundred-metre first order from a new label is normal for us, and it is priced the same way as a large one — only the quantity discount differs.

What if I need it fast? Say the date in the first message. Stock qualities can move in days; woven-to-order needs the production window. We will tell you honestly whether your date is achievable instead of taking the order and missing it.
