About M4011 Rotary Print
M4011 is our rotary screen printed cotton double gauze collection, featuring 20 floral designs curated for different regional market preferences. Each design comes in 5 colorways ––same pattern layout, different flower colors ––making it efficient for rotary screen production.
Rotary Screen Printing: This traditional printing method uses cylindrical screens, ideal for medium-to-large runs with consistent color reproduction. Each design supports up to 6 colors with approximately 64cm pattern repeat. The base fabric is always off-white (natural cream); we change flower colors, not ground color.
End Uses: Adult garments (shirt dresses, pajamas, loungewear, beach cover-ups), children's wear (dresses, sleepwear, swaddle blankets, bibs), and home textiles (curtains, tablecloths, pillowcases).
Market-Curated Designs: Each of the 20 designs is selected based on regional floral preferences ––British rosebuds, French lavender, Japanese sakura, and more. This helps buyers choose designs that resonate with their target markets.
