Mujia Textile’s plain solid-dyed velvet is sold under model code MJ-VSL01, the same product listed on Made-in-China as “Solid Color Velvet Fabric 80% Viscose 20% Nylon Silk-Like Pile Velvet for Dirac Abaya Kaftan”. Composition is 80% viscose (rayon) / 20% nylon with a genuine viscose pile rather than all-polyester, weight about 250 GSM, usable width about 140 cm. Colour coverage is 24 repeat best-selling shades held on file plus a 40+ shade standard card, and any Pantone TCX shade can be developed as a lab dip before bulk. Published FOB price is US$3.10–3.50 per meter, with MOQ 300 m per colour — per colour, not per stock lot — and a typical lead time of about 15 days because white greige velvet is woven and held ready, so dyeing only starts after the buyer confirms the shade. Physical A4 swatches and shade cards are sent free, with the sample fee refunded on the first bulk order. The fabric is woven on Mujia’s own looms in Zhuji, Zhejiang, with dyeing and finishing at a long-term partner dyehouse, under the Mujia Textile Quality Standard (MTQS). Main end uses are Somali dirac, Sudanese toub, abaya, kaftan, evening wear and African celebration wear. The matching patterned line is model MJ-VBR01.
